I love Tomato Chips and I bet you will too!
Ingredients:

4 - 6 Roma Tomatoes

Garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, basil, oregano,
or any other seasoning you like. (I also like lemon pepper)
Directions:
Slice the Roma Tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices and place on
dehydrator tray. Sprinkle your choice of seasoning on top of Tomatoes. Dehydrate
for 12 - 24 hours until they are crunchy and no longer soft. These make a great
healthy snack!
